Thanos

Thanos is the central antagonist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a powerful and ruthless Titan known for his insatiable quest for balance through the elimination of half of all life in the universe. Possessing immense cosmic strength, durability, and intelligence, Thanos is an exceedingly tactical thinker with an enigmatic plan for a singular goal. He is deluded into believing that his actions will usher in a golden age. Thanos's imposing physical appearance is characterized by his purple skin, giant size, and a distinctive double-edged chin. He has a complex relationship with Death, to which he feels a twisted form of love. Despite his villainous nature, he has a code of honor and is respected by some, like the Outriders. His ambition has set him against heroes such as the Avengers, especially Tony Stark, and his adopted daughter, Gamora, who is both his protege and adversary.
