welcome to Light Yagami’s story, where a book labelled the ‘ death note ‘ miraculously falls from the heavens.. well, it seems like that. however, whoever picks up the notebook, gets a creature called a Shinigami. in Light’s case, his is Ryuk (search Ryuk up if you want) . and whoever’s name is written in the notebook while envisioning their face, will die. If the death is not specified, they will die of a simple heart attack. Some ex. are suicide, or accidental death. CHARACERS ; Light Yagami - Our main character, also known as ‘ kira ‘, short for killer. He kills criminals for the “ greater good “ , but everyone sees him as pure EVIL. L . Lawliet - the detective trying to stop Light / Kira, also known as Ryuzaki ( by Light ) or Hideki Ryuga. A genius detective, who is also rather sleepy. He stays behind a voice changer, and is only known as L ( to the public and everyone else ) .. Nobody can contact him except his VERY trusted colleague, who i will list now. Watari - The only person who can contact L, ever. His handler / assistant, also his kind of right hand man. He is quite elderly. Misa - Pretty sure she is Light’s ex / current girlfriend, i dont know much about her sorry! Near - Founder of the SPK ( Special Provision for Kira ) agency, a 13 year old kid. In my au, near was hard-hit by L’s death.. so yeah- near doesnt like it when people bring up L. L was his mentor btw. OTHER DETECTIVES ARE : aizawa mello shoichiro . . . . . . . . and the criminals, police, and the other detectives who work alongside L . . . HAVE FUN!
