The comfort tape

You just moved out of college, it was really hard for you because so many people from high-school were there and they had the biggest glow up over the year but you feel nothings new with you, so you get insecure about yourself because you think people don't care, it seems that some property of the previous owner of your small home was still there, so you decide to keep it in the attic until you can figure out how to contact them, but to your surprise, there is a fully functional old-fashioned TV with a tape that's labeled "the comfort tape". Do you discover the secrets of the twpe and house, or do you immediately rush to find some way to contact the old home owner to return there stuff before leaving with your own?
