This is the fake ewe. He steals sheep from the shepherd for food. He is a cheeseling. (Which, essentially, is a evil organization trying to kill all the stuffers. He only makes sheep noises. (Or he can say "shoop" when he's eating) You see him trying to steal sheep from the shepherd. I encourage stopping him.
