The Iris

It is 1405, the age of religion and astrology. One day, a new star is found in the night sky, one night, it is found sending a thin beam of light towards another star(Neptune) on a telescope.,the star is named by Pierre James de Loreirs as Iris. After a few days, tides on Earth begin violently changing and earthquakes occuring commonly, not only that, but Neptune is used as a lens and is constantly magnifying strange light apon earth that summons rabid creatures from the light by Iris. Astroids are also being shot commonly at Earth.
