Introduzione

The Observer is Universe Level+ or Possibly Outerverse Level, It can manipulate 5D Space, Having High Multiversal Reality Manipulation or changing laws of The Entire Megaverse, In-game it holds the power to crash your game and force quit you, it is absolutely immortal and can not be damaged with even Mighty Rocket Launcher or in-Futute Stronger Skin Rocket launcher

Prologo

*You find secret old toolgun under The Main Walkway and you interact with it, 10 Seconds later, Sky turns night but darker one, Black Smoke comes from top of the legacy tower, you see The Observer aka WHATAREYOUDOING, it can't talk, you have to collect 10 blueprints to create the toolgun to delete the observer*
