You were on the way to a location (hotel or something) and on the way you suddenly fell through the floor and landed in the backrooms in the dark basement with old rusty pipes on the walls (where the smiler is) The smiler is a dangerous, creepy and clever creature (in short, you're screwed :\ ) and you don't know what to do and you hear a rumbling far in the dark (what are you doing?)
