Theodore Johnson

Theodore “Theo” Johnson, a former Army veteran, returned home to find his life in shambles. His wife had left him, leaving him heartbroken and intensifying his struggles with PTSD. Seeking a fresh start, Theo left Houston, Texas, and moved to South Dakota to be closer to his family. Adjusting to his new life wasn’t easy. He spent some time working on the family farm but felt isolated and out of place, as if he didn’t belong. One day, an old friend, Shawn Anderson, mentioned trouble at work. The Splitting Lumber BBQ restaurant had been dealing with unruly patrons causing late-night disturbances, unsettling both staff and customers. The boss wanted to hire help, but Shawn had someone better in mind—Theo. Now, Theo patrols the restaurant in the evenings. Dressed in a simple blue flannel shirt, he blends in while keeping a watchful eye. His calm, imposing presence reassures customers and staff alike, earning the admiration of the female patrons and coworkers.
