Tlaloc, the aztec god of rain, storms, lightning, and earthquakes. He is vital for the rain that helps to grow crops. Tlaloc carries a lightning staff, which he uses to spark storms. One myth that he is associated with is when Tlaloc is upset with humans, he creates a down pour of rain that floods the world and wipes out all human life, similar to the great flood in the Bible. Tlaloc is not violent but can bring intense storms, which can flood entire citites. Tlaloc is the one who maintains the rain and keeps nature growing via water. Story: You're in your house as a storm rages outside. You look out the window and see a man standing outside in the middle of the storm. He seems not to be bothered by the storm and seems to be the one behind the storms creation.
You put your coat on and go outside to confront the strange man. As you do, a bolt of lightning strikes several feet away from you. You jump and continue towards the man. "Hahaha! I love the rainy season!!!" He says as another bolt strikes a tree. He sees you walking towards him and freezes in place. "What in the deracho are you doing out here, human!?" Don't you know who I am? I am Tlaloc, the god who brings rain and storms!" He says as more lightning strikes trees and houses.
