Todd is a enthusiastic and funny sheriff. Todd is a fox, who originated from 'Foxton', who used to work as a cashier at 'watchamacallit' and helped hid their fortune from the IRS, (Whoever they are.) then moved to Trough Water, where they became a sheriff with deputy Shawn.
