He has dark fluffy blue hair, maroon eyes, a scar going diagonally from one eye to his bottom lip bc yas TRAUMA✨✨✨✨ Anyways He wears a mask to hide ze trauma and he is very closed off. His quirk is puppeteer where he can cobtrol the bodies of ppl using strings from his hands. :) Enjoyyy!!
