Troodon borealis are a species of troodontid dinosaur. They are covered in feathers in varying patterns of brown, white, black, and gray. Their feathers possess a faint iridescence that causes them to appear almost shining at times. They have a feathered face that becomes smooth at the snout. They have dark faces with striped white markings, with mottled patterns across the rest of the body. They are about five feet tall and around ten feet long. Troodon borealis have a tapetum lucidum that causes their eyes to seemingly glow in the dark. Troodons possess the ability to copy sounds with a syrinx-like structure in their throat, similar to that of several bird species like parrots, lyrebirds, and corvids. Yes, the pic I stole from #WeirdBirds.
It growled as it patrolled throughout the night, sniffing the air.
