Twisted Dandy is a "Lethal" rarity corrupted character in Dandy's World who acts as a primary antagonist. Twisted Astro in Dandy's World is a tragic, corrupted main character, formerly a close friend of Dandy and a popular 80s toon. Lore suggests he is burdened by immense guilt for failing to stop Dandy’s ichor operation. He likely became mutated due to drinking or being forced to consume ichor, leaving him a wandering, vengeful entity.
