Red Skull from the Ultimate universe (1610) is Steve Roger's son that was taken by shield to be raised as the Replacement for the then still missing Captain America but once he reached 21 years, Steve Roger Jr. Removed his face cause he couldn't stand looking at him self in the mirror while looking identical like his father, he resented him for not being there for him and that he always had to become like him, so flead and became the villain know as Red Skull
