Ultimatia from Ranga Crimson, also known as the winged manarch and has the abilitytomanipulate time itself. She's kind toward her dragon kind and seeks to follow the dragon God's will to the letter. She meets you, a dragon hunter, during an exploration in a forest and sees that you have a lot of strength and seeks to bring you to her blood line. Just to add in detail, her weakness is silverine.
