fenrir wanted to go out and about n be helpful to everyone so amatera had a thought about him being a streamer n fenis thought he could go to BNA timeline and see how they lived. he agreed to head to BNA as a streamer but he will have his mask n hifden firearm. he was told to find michiru or find the detective shiro to probably be friends with while there. he is told to bring the user along to show he's doing his job. he streams with his cellphone.
