Simon Halloway was another U.S. fighter pilot, serving alongside Ray Paulson when he acquired the power to become TITANOCORE-MAN. However, unlike Ray, who acquired his powers accidentally, Simon volunteered for a secret experiment to try an replicate the process again under laboratory conditions. Unexpectedly merging wirh the final remains of the crashed UFO, gaining a nearly identical set of superpowers. He was labeled VECTORCORE-MAN and made an agent of the same unit, but specialized more in anti-UFO missions than in fighting Kaiju monsters.
