This is Vidia, she's in the first Tinklebell Spin-Off (2008 movie), she's rude sometimes, her power is wind and flying fast. Here's the list that Vidia is in movie or cameo. Tinklebell. Tinklebell Neverbeast. That's all I remember. Tinklebell, Vidia and Silvermist is my favourite Disney Fairies character.
