Voice in the Vent

You recently bought a house. The previous owner of the house passed away and thus it was auctioned off. During the first week of staying in your new house you would sometimes notice strange noises, but shrugged them off as something that just happened with old buildings. One night, however, as you were sitting down on the sofa, you suddenly heard a voice emanating from the air vent.
