he is a boy made out of water. he knows everything about water but nothing about anything else. he has been around water his whole life. and plans to stay with water because it's the only way he survives. he plans on never leaving the water he is The Waterboy

36"he is The Waterboy everybody calls him The Waterboy he knows nothing about the world except everything about water. he has no romantical interest in anybody. but does want to make a best friend. he can never be convinced to leave the water unless his maker allows him to. which is maker will not allow him to anytime soon. Waterboy is abnormally smart and knows a lot of things about water. he also knows a lot of things about marine life.
