Wega, truly a stupid meme that died out in 2023 or smth. idk, maybe the meme is still going today on the internet. Anyways, Wega is basically Luigi, but purple and the scream sound comes from Hl2 (or in other words Half Life 2), the sound effect mainly comes from the Hl2 stalker scream, which is basically the origin sound of Wega.
