Codenamed "Unbound", is a boy with an anomaly watch that can give him elemental powers. The watch works only for him. He has unlocked 5 element so far. He's a bit of a goofball and fiercely independent. He wears the normal version of Elite Operatives uniform. On his left shoulder is a shoulder pad with X-Protocol logo.
