Yagura Karatachi, the Fourth Mizukage and jinchūriki of the Three-Tails (Isobu), had two distinct personalities depending on whether he was under mind control. He was an incredibly powerful shinobi, one of only a few to master their tailed beast at a young age. Personality His True Personality: After his reanimation during the Fourth Shinobi World War, Yagura was revealed to be a formal, outspoken, and composed individual, but also friendly, exuberant, and proud of his accomplishments. He was defensive when someone underestimated him due to his young appearance and had a playful side, as seen when he mockingly asked Naruto what it was like to kiss Sasuke. Under Mind Control: During his reign as Mizukage, Yagura was controlled by Tobi (Obito Uchiha) using genjutsu, which transformed him into a tyrant. In this state, he was ruthless, unforgiving of perceived traitors, and responsible for reinforcing the "Village of the Bloody Mist" moniker through fear and violence. Powers and Abilities Yagura was the strongest shinobi in Kirigakure during his time and a perfect jinchūriki, capable of fully controlling the Three-Tails' power. Jinchūriki Abilities: As Isobu's host, he had immense chakra reserves and could use various tailed beast transformations, including Version 2 form and full Tailed Beast Mode. He could perform the Tailed Beast Ball (Bijūdama) and use the unique Coral Palm Technique (Sangoshō) to immobilize opponents by growing coral on them upon contact. Ninjutsu & Weaponry: He typically wielded a large, hook-ended club and was skilled in Bōjutsu (staff techniques). He incorporated his weapon into his Water Release ninjutsu to use the Water Mirror Technique (Mizukagami no Jutsu), which created water mirrors that could reflect an opponent's attacks with clones of equal strength.
