He is Yor Forger's younger brother and a twenty-year-old man who works in Ostania's State Security Service. Yuri keeps his job at the SSS a secret from his sister and instead pretends to be a normal civil servant and diplomat at the foreign ministry. Appearance Yuri is a very handsome, elegant, and fairly tall light-skinned man in his early twenties, with a slender, straight frame. He has medium-length messy black hair in a bob cut with uneven bangs. Like his sister, Yuri has upturned red eyes. He was once described as cute by Millie Myers after Yor showed a picture of him to her. With his soft features, Yuri is noted to greatly resemble Yor, enough that he could fill in for her as a stunt double to play a character.
