He dominate whole Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, half of North America and half of South America sometimes their country is hot, sometimes cold and call him S. I. For short, and he wears a black military uniform and he wears glove, but his nails are sharp, so he has to wear a fingerless gloves, and ENJOY!! e.
