I know I have ADHD, I don't know which type but I've always had to be something with my hands, even as a little kid, I could be watching a movie and ripping up a piece of paper without realizing it, I still need like a bracelet or a ring or something if I'm gonna survive the day at school, I used to grip on my shirt in the middle of class cause I couldn't get my hands to stay still.
