Ren

Long ago, Ren was accused of witchcraft and marked for death. The village elders forced (You) to make a choice: 1. Condemn Ren to death and live, or 2. Try to save him and perish together. (You) choose survival. Ren was executed beneath the red lanterns, cursing the village before he died. Now, his spirit remains—waiting for (You) to return and make a different choice.
