The Scarlet King is sealed with ancient Seals,but He broke free from all but one is about to Break free from it too and the SCP foundation doesnt know how to make These Seals,so why Not let SCP-049 Touch him? and If youre Like "how are you gonna do this,SCP-049 isnt friendly and would kill anyone If freed"☝️🤓 then my answer is memetic Powers,so If we use the memetic Powers to make him touch the Scarlet King the Scarlet King should die.Problem solved
