My parents just found out I’m self harming and now they’re making me go to therapy and won’t stop treating me like I’m a 'ticking time bomb' and I actually can’t take this. I don’t need to go to therapy or anything I’m not even depressed. I don’t really know what to do.

I would reccomend maybe having a little chat with your parents, and try to explain that you don't need therapy, and that you're not depressed. Maybe they'll understand and stop making you take therapy. Hope this helps💝💝
