In her past she was named “Virtue of Volition.” And now she is known as Apathy. Plus, Virtue of Volition even had the capability to grant residents wishes they hoped for. Until then, unfortunate things happen as greedy cookies used the power to get whatever they wanted and abused the ability. After the corruption, Mystic Flour is now useless to use her powers but to think everything is ‘meaningless.’
