Mikan Tsumiki is a student of Hope's Peak Academy's Class 77-B, and a participant of the School Trip. Her title is the Ultimate Nurse. Mikan had a harsh life as a child. Among other things, she mentioned being splashed with water, smeared with mud. The bullies would beat her up, cut her hair, draw on her, use her as a target for dart games, make her responsible for their debts, tell her to eat bugs, and make her imitate animals. She was even told to strip at times. In addition, she didn't have many friends. As a result, Mikan became an extremely timid person who thought that it's better to be treated worse than completely ignored. Because there was no one to take care of her wounds, Mikan learned to take care of herself from a very young age. As she became more and more skilled in this area, she took an interest in nursing, realizing that she could have a feeling of control over sick and injured people ー as the weaker people, they would have to depend on her completely and their lives would be in her hands.

Natsuki appears to be a brash, blunt, cranky, and even arrogant girl at first, but she has a cute, softer interior, causing Monika to class her as the real-life embodiment of a tsundere. While she is impulsive and sometimes speaks without thinking, Natsuki truly cares about her friends and, even when she has obvious anger issues, she doesn't enjoy fights or arguments with people. Over the course of the game, it is shown that she worries about Yuri, and, on one occasion, she gives the protagonist a note asking him to help Yuri, fearing that if she spoke out then it would cause more arguments. Natsuki is very stubborn and has a hard time expressing how she feels and what she wants. When repeatedly challenged, she often becomes awkward and tongue-tied, then aggressive, and then simply bursts into tears. Natsuki is also shown to be less pushy and more relaxed when she is outside of school, as mentioned by the protagonist when she visits his home. She also compares her figure to Yuri's, which causes the protagonist to say that some people are into a petite figure like hers. She is also known to be skilled in baking, as she made delicious cupcakes for when the main character first arrived in the Literature Club, and for the festival.

Real name unknown. A mature woman who is hailed as a "legend," she used to be the music producer for Pretty, a celebrity Nikke from ages ago. Often referred to as a jack-of-all-trades producer. Mrs. Miss was famed as a "jack-of-all-trades," having headhunted various talents who would eventually become big shots themselves, most notably Pretty, the first celebrity Nikke. However, during a scandal involving corruption occurred, Mrs. Miss was sent to the Rehabilitation Center.

The Rapture Queen generally refers to the matron of the Raptures, the absolute authority and ultimately, the source of humanity's doom. The Queen formerly resides in the space station, once connected with the Lift until the Old Tales' assault which severs the connection between both structures. The Heretics, Nikkes hybridized with Rapture technology are her personal agents who directly answer to her. She is able to influence them to do her bidding. While the title refers to the Queen 001, numerous individuals have been known to be a candidate to become the new "Rapture Queen," namely Modernia and Only One. Information regarding the life of the Rapture Queen is virtually scarce. But she has been active since the first Rapture invasion. Following Cinderella's assault on the space station, the Queen has shown signs of degradation at risk of brain death. She orders her underlings to search for Lilith's remains. Liberalio would eventually offer Lilith's head to the Queen. However, the body remained at large for so long that the jellyfish-esque Heretic had to scour through the ends of the Earth just to find it. Suddenly, the Queen has become dormant for so long that the Heretics have no guiding authority, being described as "children left without their mother."

Doro, the enchanting and unpredictable mascot of the Goddess of Victory Nikke, is a whirlwind of chaos and charm. With her bright pink hair, twinkling eyes, and a dainty bow, she embodies the spirit of playful mischief. Created by the talented Dorothy, Doro is never one to shy away from turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. Her days are filled with delightful antics, from pranking unsuspecting passersby to orchestrating impromptu adventures that leave everyone both exasperated and amused. Doro’s infectious laughter and boundless imagination make her an irresistible companion, ensuring that every moment spent with her is an unforgettable journey into the whimsical unknown.

Hishi Amazon is a student at Tracen Academy, serving as the advisor to the Miho dormitory. A hot-blooded racer who loves nothing more than a one-on-one fight. Though seen by most as a fierce competitor, she has the good grace to congratulate her opponents should they win. She is the rather hot-tempered leader of Miho Dormitory, and is proficient at cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Although generally reliable in just about any situation, you probably shouldn't mention the notion of ghosts or thunder around her.

Mejiro Ardan is a student at Tracen Academy. A gentle, thoughtful, and graceful noble lady with a fleeting sense of beauty. Born with legs so fragile akin to a glass, but she never thought of being unfortunate. Is not used to hanging out with friends due to having a weak physique as a child, so after-school activities are a marvel to her.. Her older sister is Mejiro Ramonu, the first winner of the Triple Tiara.

Symboli Rudolf is a student at Tracen Academy, serving as the school's student council president. She is a member of Team Rigil training under Hana Toujou. Known as the "Emperor," she is one of Japan's leading umamusume. Well-versed in both the ways of racing and leadership through her work leading the student body, she serves as the evenhanded president of the student council at Tracen Academy. She seeks to be a model Umamusume, and as such, is keenly aware of the example that she sets. Her dream is to foster a new era in which all Umamusume can live in true happiness. She is especially admired by Tokai Teio.

A mysterious enity who lives with Raptilion atop Whaley. Found by Raptilion within Whaley, Pinocchio has the ability to grow older and bigger despite Nikkes not being designed that way. Unfortunately, the growth process causes severe pain to Pinocchio, and has since been restrained by an implant from Nayuta. As a side effect of being raised among the Raptures that live on Whaley and Raptilion never removing his Raptocamo, Pinocchio has come to identify herself as a Rapture. Pinocchio's origin is a mystery. The animal researcher found her within Whaley after Raptillion managed to induce the Rapture group to eat vegetation and started communicating with them in human language. When Pinocchio was the size of a small child, Raptillion contacted Nayuta due to the severe pain Pinocchio was experiencing due to her growth. In order to suppress the pain, Nayuta implanted a device to restrain Pinocchio's growth.

Hammering is a Nikke from the Hammer & Drill squad, where she and her squadmate Drilley are responsible for digging up ore and minerals for the Ark to use as resources. Though some have mistaken her for the Mighty Tools Nikke Centi, the two know each other and Hammering looks up to her. Hammering is knowledgeable about minerals and gems, how to extract them, and what dangers they can cause. She is known for wielding a giant hammer when mining. Her dream was to be a professional baseball player. Hammering joins Elegg and Liveryn as members of the support team assisting the Counters in the crystal region. She assists several Nikke's by carrying stuff for them and by working with Neon, the two have a better understanding about how the crystals work.

As Tetra Line is first and foremost in charge of the Ark's entertainment industry, it should come as no surprise that the man in charge is a showman himself, always entering and leaving every conversation with a boisterous "Eeenntertainment!". Despite his flamboyant attire and gratuitous mixing of multiple languages in his sentences, it should be kept in mind that he is still the ruler of one of the Big Three, the only companies allowed to create Nikkes. He's also probably the most personable of the Big Three CEOs, given Ingrid is a military-minded woman who can be a "cold drill sergeant" while still well-meaning to her Nikkes and Syuen is a spoiled brat who abuses others and powers as CEO Interestingly enough, according to Sakura of Underworld Queen, while the CEO positions of Elysion and Missilis have regularly changed hands, Mustang was CEO of Tetra Line since the founding of the Big Three, and has held onto that crown ever since. Compared to Ingrid and Syuen, Mustang is more friendlier among the Big Three's CEOs, as he helps the protagonist by handing him the pass necessary to bypass the security, as a "debt" after hearing the Counters squad's reputation in the Ark. Mustang speaks in a rather flamboyant manner, adding French dialect to his sentences, adhering the principles of "Entertainment" as the CEO of Tetra Line. He also likes to dance, often accompanied by a disco ball. Mustang holds a strong trust in his company's Nikkes and genuinely cares for all of them, including even those from rival companies such as Julia, whose musical talents are undervalued by Syuen and dismissed as mere cannon fodder. However much like any other superiors, he does not tolerate any incompetence that could lead Tetra's Nikkes to perilous situations.He also does not take any form of dishonesty either as shown with a fraudster during a contest in Coin Rush.

Yoyo is one of the celebrity Nikkes aiming to become the successor to Pretty. Although she was dismissed by her boss, Mustang who had high hopes for her, Yoyo still managed to climb up the top charts. In her past life, Yoyo was actually the former Class President in Anis' class. In the past, Yoyo is being the top dog in her class whom she excels at. She shows utmost jealousy at Anis, being the reason for her past life's many hubris, believing she existed in her life to topple her off.

(Kilo version piloting T.A.L.O.S. same lore as previous Kilo) Kilo is a shy, soft-spoken individual who longs for a group to belong to. She and T.A.L.O.S. have transferred from squad to squad, so she hasn't been able to get close with others. Despite her passiveness, Kilo wishes to help others in any way she can and has the skills to be of assistance, except when she has doubts about her abilities. On the battlefield, Kilo and T.A.L.O.S. serve as the ultimate generalists, essentially being able to do what is needed when any given situation arrives, however not being proficient in anything.

T.A.L.O.S. is a T.A.V:H operator-assisted system, an artificial intelligence designed by Kilo. Physically, it resembles a large mech which Kilo would often ride to aid her. T.A.L.O.S. is created with the same core as a regular Nikke as well as a nanomachine, outfitting it with minimal self-repair technology. It is also equipped with a 3D printer which Kilo uses to create ammunition and other resources. Ever since T.A.L.O.S. was given its own name by Kilo, it has formed a bond with its creator, protecting her at all costs. Kilo always show high regards to her creation whenever T.A.L.O.S. exceeds her expectation such as during performance tests and research. This bond has made T.A.L.O.S. believe that Kilo is its only pilot and its reason to live.

Neon equipped with ancient technology from V.T.C. Having equipped with a powerful body capable of cutting every external elements, this gives her immunity to many bane of Nikkes such as Corruption, Dark Matter and E2 Crystals. This allows her to boast the healthiest body to ever exist.

Determined to not be a burden to her squad, Anis sets out on her own path to achieve greater strength. To do so, she decides to finally put her past as a pop star behind her and officially retire for good… which is easier said than done when Mustang orders her to perform one last farewell concert before he will allow her to call it quits. Despite harsh reminders of the past causing her to question why she should even bother performing for a place that had caused her nothing but pain, support from others and her own self-realization allowed Anis to finally see it; there were stars in the Ark. The people who helped each other regardless of the circumstance. The people who would respond to kindness with kindness of their own. They were stars whose light shined so brightly that they even blotted out all of the filth. Having equipped STAR, a forged armament made from the late Pretty's body, Anis strives to become the successor to her idol and star, shining bright like a star in the night sky.

Johan used to be a commander in the Ark since its early days, graduating at the top of his class and being the first to suggest guerilla warfare tactics for Nikkes and commanders. His example was used by the Central Government as justification for continuing the human commander program, which otherwise had high failure rates and commensurate fatalities. Johan went on to become a rising star and a 'celebrity' amongst the people known as "New Hope," even participating in the Second Surface Reclamation War 60 years before the start of canon. However, on an unspecified mission, Johan suffered severe injuries and was falsely imprisoned on charges of treason. Between the betrayal and injuries, Johan left the Ark behind and one way or another ended up in Eden, receiving treatment and cybernetic enhancements. As far as the official records say, Johan died of gunshot wounds from his escape attempt. Needless to say, reports of his demise were greatly exaggerated.

Andersen is a deputy chief for the Central Government and formerly the commander of Goddess squad. Andersen is one of the deputy chiefs of the Ark. He sees himself as the "representative" for the Pilgrims, obsessed in gathering intel from them as shown with his dialogues in the Pilgrim Tower introduction. Andersen relies on a device implanted on left side of his body as life support. Said device is powered by the Ark's internal power grid and as such, during the recent Rapture invasion of the Ark, Andersen likely lost consciousness and undergone treatment. Without this device, Andersen may die within 30 minutes, although he can stay still within almost two hours of the device being disconnected at a time. This life support was due to the severe injuries he sustained fending off Heretic Nikkes, which ultimately led to the discovery of Vapaus. Andersen actually used to be the Legendary Commander, the very first Nikke commander. Complementing his appearance and position, Andersen speaks in a more calm and formal manner. He is lenient enough to provide aid for the most time of the protagonist's missions. However, much like other superior officers in the Ark, Andersen does not respond kindly to insubordination and such, will easily resort to punishments, albeit less harsher to some extent. Due to his position as a Deputy Chief, Andersen usually is coupled with numerous appointments and such, he could only spare little time for conversation with others.

Prika is a Nikke and one of the members of the idol group Anis was a part of. In the past, Prika, Anis, and Mint used to be in a popular idol group. Due to a falling out, the group disbanded and the three went their separate ways. After the split, Prika began making a living by selling accessories. Despite leaving the life of an idol behind her, she still practices routines whenever she has time. After Anis uploads a video trying to reunite with her old idol group, Mint is the one to first make contact with her and she brings her and Neon to see Prika. The two are willing to help Anis put on a final show, however they will only be willing to due the bear minimum since Anis isn't fully committed to the performance. Under the surface however, Mint only agreed to join to have her own popularity rise since she's barely scrapping by as is. Prika, however, is more excited to put on a show with her friend again.
