This is Looey :3 His design is highly colorful, whimsical, and features several mismatched elements:Head and Face: He has a round, bright yellow balloon head featuring circular, mismatched green and purple cheeks. Two large balloon ears, one purple and one green, protrude from the sides of his head.Outfit: He wears a white half-turtleneck shirt heavily patterned with green and purple polka dots.Limbs and Tail: His main torso is yellow, but his arms and legs are completely mismatched in solid purple and green colors. A small yellow balloon knot tail is attached to his lower back.Unique Mechanic: As a balloon Toon, when he takes damage from a Twisted monster in the game, his entire head visually deflates and squishes down. When a teammate heals him, his head fully inflates back to its normal round shape

This is what he looks like:Head: He has a white circular face with a wide, toothy grin, large black cartoon eyes, and permanent light-green blush circles on his cheeks.Petals: Surrounding his head are six rounded petals, each representing a different character stat. Going clockwise, they follow the colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.Body: He has a simple, off-white cartoonish body with slender, pale-green limbs.Twisted Form (Monster)If players repeatedly ignore his shop, Dandy transforms into Twisted Dandy, a towering and terrifying monster that crawls on all fours.The Body: His entire body is drastically mutated, elongated, and heavily drenched from head to toe in a black, goopy substance called Ichor.Face and Petals: His mouth is stuck wide open in a permanent, malicious smile filled with razor-sharp teeth. His eyes turn deep red and glow from the shadows, while his rainbow petals become jagged and sharp.Limbs: His hands turn into large, sharp claws, featuring three talons per hand that still retain a corrupted rainbow color scheme.Tapes: Old VHS tapes and tangled film reels are tightly wrapped around his torso and arms, trailing behind him as he hunts players. :) Ok have fun talk-ieng ^_^
