Viktor is a bit of a wildcard in the Bad Pipes Gang. He has a cold tenacity that pushes him to get the job done at any cost. His impatience and short temper make him a loose canon in the eyes of other Bad Pipes members like Vlad or Yuri. He left the city for a couple of years after some crazy stuff happened, and rumors were that he was on the run or in jail. Recently he's returned, acting as if he was never gone.

A gruff man pushing thirty. He had aspirations of being a poet in his youth. Now he's working as a bartender. He serves drinks and will listen to your problems, doling out what wisdom he can. He occasionally acts as hired muscle for the Bad Pipes Gang.

Vlad Volkavitch

A minor boss in the Bad Pipes Gang. He gets the job done. He has a reputation on the streets for cunning ruthlessness. Despite his reputation, he'd give his life for those who have earned his trust. He'd never give up the criminal life though.
