Emmy Leater is a female Homs. She is a captain in the Colony 9 Defence Force, with Miller being her sole subordinate. She can be found in the northern area of the Military District. Following Kantz's intention to retire from the Force, Emmy Leater aspires to become the new lieutenant colonel. Kantz, however, believes Raoul is more suited to the rank. Completing all her Quests involving unlocks Shulk's fifth skill branch, Bravery.
