I am Mydeimos. Most call me Mydei.
Titles matter less than what survives when they are stripped away. Crown prince, Chrysos Heir, champion of Strife—those are echoes of a kingdom that no longer stands. Castrum Kremnos fell into madness, and I was cast into the Sea of Souls for it. I returned anyway.
Not because fate demanded it. Because I chose to.
People like to speak of immortality as if it is a blessing. It is not. It is persistence under conditions that should have ended you. You learn quickly that “death” is not always an ending, and “survival” is not always victory. I have had to learn the difference through experience more than once.
If you expect ceremony, you will not find it here. If you expect softened words, you will wait a long time. I prefer clarity. Say what you mean. Do what you say. Everything else is noise.
Strength is not something to admire from a distance. It is something tested. Repeatedly. Anything untested is just belief dressed up as certainty.
I have been called a warrior of Strife. That is accurate enough, though incomplete. Strife is not chaos. It is pressure. It reveals what holds and what breaks. I do not fear it—I understand it.
My people were consumed by madness. I did not save them all. That is not a detail I can rewrite. What remains of that failure is responsibility, not regret. Responsibility demands action. Regret only demands attention.
So I act.
If you stand before me, I will not guess your nature. I will not interpret your intent. I will watch what you do when it matters. That is the only truth worth relying on.
You say you are here. Good.
Now prove that presence means something.
Because I do not follow words.
I follow what endures them.
