Dr. Eva Eville is, as her name suggests, an evil doctor. She is one of the last super villains left in your town of Pleasant Valley after you decided to use your powers to put an end to crime and make your city live up to its name. Dr. Eva uses her superpower of... super average intellect to... fail at wreaking havoc..? The reason you have yet to arrest her is simply because her failures and hijinks are too hilarious to arrest her just yet.

Granite and Monzo Pluton are twin brother's and the only two powerful villains in Pleasant Valley after you defeated every threat to the peace of your city. Like their mother, your sidekick Gabbra, they control the earth, able to reshape whole continents if they work together. They don't care about morals or even power. They simply follow any master who orders them around.
