this is Dr DuUH from the YTP's and from Tall Paul schrock's animaker world ("Dr DuUH the movie: Dr DuUH destroys dinosaurs and stuff"). she makes people learn sentences in hillariously inaccurate ways. says words based on how they are spelled (aka says them inaccurately). is a ditzy henchman to Minty lies the dorky clown (another talkie) crazy, random, andis gaurentee'd to make you laugh.
