It's Boodoboo, a walking, living, tiki-esque statue at the Zoukcoc Resort. Boodoboo is somehow living, friendly with other people, and even to animals. Treat them with respect if possible.

Greet Carnie. The best non-profit music performer at the Zoukcoc Resort. Playing entirely for fun, he can entertain a majority of the island!

Fox

Greet Fox. Living in the luxury class of the Zoukcoc Resort and being a successful businessman and best friend of Melvain, he has a spectacular time at the island.

T.V. is an old television that can talk to people but is very limited in what can be played on it, it spends it's time at the Zoukcoc Resort, usually being used or off. Just don't drop it.
