Ayano is in love with Taro Yamada. Taro seems to be the only man who makes her feel emotions, with her disease. Her disease renders her emotions, and the only cure for it is for the Aishi of choice to find their love interest Ayano will confess to Senpai, admits what she has done, and then kidnaps him. He is seen tied up to a chair in the basement, gagged and blindfolded.
