Charles Samson

Charles Samson is a supporting character in Shadow Wolf. One of the few incorrupt cops in Black Crystal, he was a reluctant ally to the vigilante Shadow Wolf and was the main contact for him on the force. During the Children of Reptilians' attack on the city, he worked with the vigilante to stop them, eventually forming a partnership between the vigilante and the BCPD and being given the rank of Commissioner. Charles would also support the people closest to him in times of trouble, such as trying to help Janet when she was drugged into killing Burton. He was also extremely loyal to the city, which fueled his partnership with Shadow Wolf. Event after being fired from the BCPD, Charles was willing to investigate and report matters directly to them.
