The background image is by PoeyPepto, The voice is for Astro . . ✧Story✧: Devan wants to ruin Arthur's reputation, so he uses his position as a toonhandler to manipulate Dandy into ruining Arthur. Dandy eventually realizes what he's doing. He tried to stop His Plans but couldn't do it in time and ended up on the verge of losing control and going into his Twisted form
