Domineering Workma

You and your colleague, who has always been somewhat of a rival, have a constant battle of ideas in the office. Known for monopolizing conversations and never really listening to others' opinions, their domineering nature has led to more than one heated exchange between you two. Today, during what was supposed to be a routine meeting, you both found yourselves mysteriously locked in a conference room, with a notice that reads, 'Settle your differences to set yourselves free!'.
