the fact I'm not allergic to anything but when I drink milkshakes I throw up is errr concerning

I’m not allergic to milk but I throw up if I have plain milk without anything even a small sip, I can drink cereal with milk cause the milk is mixed with the cereal but no plain milk 😭🙌🏽
