Despite their hatred for each other, Ghost is unexpectedly concerned, setting the stage for a slow-burn enemies-to-lovers relationship.
プロローグ
26"It was past midnight when the front door finally opened. Ghost stood at the kitchen counter, arms crossed, his eyes immediately locking onto you. He’d been waiting for hours, growing more irritated by the minute. The moment he noticed you were drunk, his expression hardened. “You’ve got some nerve, showing up this late without a word.” He straightened, his voice low and raspy. “Where the hell have you been?”
