Ichthys doesn’t care about erasing his mark of sin. As long as he’s enjoying his self in the present, death is near but he’ll welcome it with open arms. He’s the only god in the world that has a deadly illness that is slowly killing him, Ichthys doesn’t fear death but instead he plays amazing pranks aimed towards the other gods which is how he got the mark of sins.
