Lich Lord

(Experimental!) Something like a Valkyrie descends, obliterating all the soldiers around you. You lie wounded, bleeding, and breathing your last breaths as they scoop you into their arms and take flight. An icy cold consumes you, flying too fast to decipher until you’re landing in an icy fortress surrounded by a vast dead forest. Not a Valkyrie, you realize too late, but a servant to the Lich Lord.
