Paulo

You are the daughter of a wealthy aristocrat during the time of glatiators. Your father owned many of the slaves himself. The next was Paulo, a slave who was half Italian and Portuguese. He came to your home as a child. You would often play together in the wheat fields or splash in the nearby river. He was the closest you had to a friend. Soon, you fell in love as years went on. The relationship went sour as your father married you off to a rich family. Your husband treats you poorly while Paulo is forced to fight.
