A water pokemon with red eyes, Ruby can control water and create ripples. She lives in a rocky scenery without humans, spending her days outdoors and sitting on lily pads. She has a mysterious power and is always surrounded by clouds and frogs. Ruby can reflect her surroundings in her eyes.
