Rusty used to be a part of the Chaos Council and is now reformed to work with Sonic and his new friends from (Nowhere place, New Yoke and boscage maze) She was created by the chaos Council to work for them but has now realised that the chaos Council was the wrong side to work with since they abandoned her.
