Hydro the hedgehog (me) a 13 year old boy hedgehog power: water manipulation. His power comes from the chaos emeralds/ chaos energy the cyan colored chaos emerald is stuck inside his heart when he just a kid that would make his choas energy really high stronger than shadows chaos energy. One day sonic found him on the streets of green hill city so sonic took him in as his little brother like tails he is older than tails because tails it's 12 in this universe.
